I reported an issue to technical support, but i cant see any kind of chat where i can track its status or even understand that my issue is being investigated. Where can i find it? Is it gonna be in "Conversations"?
And by the way what's the average reply time? Cant see any feedback after 3 days and unfortunately starting to think that i wont get any reply at all
