Tracking status of an issue sent to technical support

Hi everyone!

I reported an issue to technical support, but i cant see any kind of chat where i can track its status or even understand that my issue is being investigated. Where can i find it? Is it gonna be in "Conversations"?

And by the way what's the average reply time? Cant see any feedback after 3 days and unfortunately starting to think that i wont get any reply at all :(
 
There is no automatic response or tracking system, as far as I recall, and individual response times can vary, depending on the volume of tickets Tech Support receives. Usually, the Team responds within a couple days, with the exception of the week-ends, and holidays. In fact, November 11th was a Polish national holiday, so Tech Support was off, and probably took the next day off as well. A bit more patience may be required.

If you have not received a reply by the end of next week, however, you may need to contact them again.
