Triss and Yen (major spoliers)

For some odd reason I was under the impression that Triss leaves the main storyline if you don't tell her that you love her after Now or Never. I did, but I planned to stay with Yen at the end, so I told her I loved her as well (after 'The Last Wish'). When the threesome scene comes into play latter can I decline it and pick just one?

I suspect not, but I am curious.

No, if you say Yes to both woman you cant choose one after, you end alone for being a pimp.

Ah. My last save file before 'the last wish' is a long time ago. I wonder why I thought that Triss would stop being in the story if she goes to Kovir.

Oh, oh well. It hurts my motivation to play until the end, though, which is unfortunate.

Let's face you told two good friends (they are probably even best friends) that you love them both and you really thought nothing bad would come of it?

Only because I was sure that Triss would leave forever if I did not. I assumed I would have time to straighten out the issue latter (perhaps by telling Triss 'I had forgotten about Yen, but now that I've spent time with her, etc').

They're not just women they're also sorceresses: DON'T ASSUME!

In retrospect, yes, I forgot about teleportation. I'm not blaming the developers for this one- it makes sense. It is still upsetting. I was hoping to do two playthroughs- one with Yen and a latter one with Triss. Now I will have to watch one of the endings online, or to go back a long ways to correct this mistake.
