Personally, I think it's kinda cute :x
It's only natural anyway - I love the amount of detail CDPR put into the faces, they're so much more expressive - and having women with actually blemished skin is amazing.. I am fed up of stuff like this:

Looking forward to this mod. Great work. It makes her seem more earthy but sultry. It's kinda funny how in each game her hair has gotten a brighter red.
