Agreed. The intro gives no valuable information about that at all. It's really confusing for absolute newcomers and still confusing for people who don't know the books. Maybe CDPR should make a "second" intro that explains in short what happened in TW1 and TW2...

Edit: On second thought I think this is absolutely necessary and should be a no1 priority. It would give proper context to the whole basis of the plot in TW3.

Yep that wasn't good even if as someone who romanced Triss I enjoyed waking up with her. It's why I'm not particularly strident(even if I was disappointed) by the forced tw3 breakup as if I appreciate what cd red gives with one hand, I have to accept they may similarly take away with the other.

Funny you feel that way, but that means you understand how we felt when we woke up with Geralt in TW3 with Yennefer sleeping with him instead of Triss, knowing that she was never there before... we're mentally scarred for life.

Also, if you break up with Triss in TW1 for Shani, that's your fault, Shani with no offense to anyone have no significance whatsoever on the story (You seem to care about people's action and what they do) It was Triss that was being a bad ass as always and found Alvin, she was the one saving Geralt's ass over and over in the game. If you don't like Triss and chose Shani over her, that's your choice, obviously CDPR made it so, but I told all of them one thing, that there is something wrong with them.

Also, if Triss wasn't being noble and took the high road, Yennefer wouldn't have a daughter and she wouldn't have had Geralt, we didn't know perfection before we knew Triss and it may take you sometime to reach that conclusion, but soon you'll feel that way, enough said.

It was just a dream.It doesn't count And they were not sleeping together,we just saw Yen torturing Geralt with that magical crab.
I actually never chose Shani in TW1,but i don't pursue a relationship with Triss either.

Thank you for proving my POINT. Geralt is a disturbed individual who never knew what's good for him before TW1, this is the best way to explain his dreams that doesn't count, and thank you again for pointing that out.

If it doesn't count though, you may help us point that out to CDPR, remind them that Triss should be the one there, obviously this is a huge plot mistake. The said they only put Yennefer there being naked with the sex and all to give people motivation to look for her and it's not working out very well.
