This is so funny, I felt no remorse for killing dijkstra, although he acknowledge Geralt relationship with Triss from the start his actions and greed led to his death. There was no way I would allow Ves and Roach to die after they help me defend Ciri at Kaer Morhen.Did that! Pushed him aside at first but then didn't like what happened so reloaded my save then I killed him, I console myself knowing that at least he got his leg intact when he died
I did that and broke his last good leg but realize it left Radovic as king in the end so I changes it and give him info on the emperor plans.
I eventually killed him because, well read above. I felt Radovid the turd had to die. I don't really care much for Phillipa but Radovid is the reason why the mages are getting killed and a live Radovid is a danger to Triss.
Anyone think Phillipa is kinda hot with her bandana over her eyes? :

Yeah. Asking for little now will give us less. A lot less than what we asked for at the beginning and everything we did will go in vein. That's not why we started the main-topic about the plot holes and inconsistencies and that does not solve all the currently existed inconsistencies.

I agree, the dev agreed to look at out initial request. And that was a list most people agree with. They are looking at the updated list so it's my hope that they at least do most of those. Aim small miss small. We have to stand behind what we ask for and hope for the best but also prepare for the worse.
I am not too worry tho, CDPR is not like other Devs So I have hope they will it their best.
If we shrink our request now we only be going against ourselves.
I know they will and I know by the time everything is released (All DLCs and all expansions) The game will be completely different. I believe in CDPR too and I know they will give us a bit more than what we asked for and it will be something that we didn't expect. *wink wink*
Yep they are spending the next 12-15 months on this game, and by then what we will see will be different to what we have now. Marcine said the changes will please a lot of the folk here and that won't happen if they only make a couple of small adjustments - they also say look out for future dlc/expansions and that could be good news and to keep people interested. Not to mention Shani is returning so i think CDPR do have plans in the future on how to bring characters back (including the major characters like Triss/Yen) so that there is a way of satisfying fans and giving them content worthy of the game......and also to give characters a farewell.
It's good that Shani is coming back because, a lot of people like her and I am happy for them. I don't think I can romance anyone else in this Game even if Triss is absent.
I was hooked kn the red hair princess in the book and since witcher 1. Something about her character made me interested. I have a very wild imagination so I develop my own happy ending long ago.
If i have to be realistic, the answer from the devs was pretty clear small tweak/additions on scene and dialogues.
That, IMO, means they will focus on the issues that most people noticed.
In detail i think:
1) Dialogue on Skellige boat to get rid of the Well?
2) Some Dialogue/scene tweaks at Kaer Mohren in third act.
3)A final scene in the tent before the final battle, like the one Yen had.
I don't think they will go much further than this if i read their statement with a cool head.
That clearly doesn't preclude the appearance of Triss in future dlc's if they want to.

Yeah. I guess them not telling us exactly what's getting fixed and what's not is what made me feel a bit confused by Marcin's response (The first official response that we got about what they're going to do to fix it) On one hand he said they will make a few tweaks, additions and changes and on the other hand, they said there won't be any new content. I'm not sure what he meant by it exactly. But they need time to decide and figure out what could be done before giving any responses.
They already said at the beginning when we talked about the inconsistencies, plot holes and lack of romance in-general to look forward for the DLCs and expansions.
There are inconsistencies in the romance before reaching Act 2 and 3. A few of them are actually in Act 1.
I think a bit more than that will be required. The Rose of Remembrance (Blooming) is vital.

Well i think for certainty they will fix the dialogue on the boat....i guess the question is if it will be recycled dialogue from Novigrad or new dialogue, of course i think most likely it will be new dialogue but so far there haven't been many other hints at say new content (depending on what you define as new content), i don't think Marcine was suggesting we would get a new scene (which is not good), but instead just changing a few dialogue lines around....and if that is the case (and i hope there is more), then i guess maybe it is saved for the expansion......for all we know the situation with the rose of remembrance may come into effect into the blood and wine expansion. I guess it is more waiting for the news and maybe they will tell us something or even clear things up to what we should be expecting in the 'fixes'.
I know it may be not enough but i'm not expecting ALL the inconsistencies to be fixed no matter how badly i desire that. Most people complained about act 3 and thats why i think they will focus on that.
The rose of remembrance can be included in one of the moments i pointed out.
Mind that it's a big IMHO, and if they do better than this i wil be more than happy!
Yeah for me I would be very happy and positively surprised if they fix :
1 - The kiss scene with Yen at Kaer Morhen.
2 - Some acknowledgments from other NPC's (Cerys and Philippa mainly)
3 - The famous "Well ?"
That would give me the motivation to do a second playthrough...

Philippa does acknowledged Geralt and Triss's relationship in the Elven Ruins.
