Triss Merigold (all spoilers)

If i have to be realistic, the answer from the devs was pretty clear small tweak/additions on scene and dialogues.
That, IMO, means they will focus on the issues that most people noticed.

In detail i think:

1) Dialogue on Skellige boat to get rid of the Well?
2) Some Dialogue/scene tweaks at Kaer Mohren in third act.
3)A final scene in the tent before the final battle, like the one Yen had.

I don't think they will go much further than this if i read their statement with a cool head.
That clearly doesn't preclude the appearance of Triss in future dlc's if they want to.

I see what you are saying but people were pretty load about a lot of things. In reality the dev cannot come out and just say ok ok we are going to fix it all. So if they small tweaks and do more people would be satisfied. However, If they said they will handle it all and resource doesnt allow ypu would have anboutcry plus that's a huge commitment to make out right.

So I think there is still hope for them to tackle a lot of what we ask for. If you look at the list most of it can be done without having to break the resource bank. We still have to be reasonable in out request tho.

I know it may be not enough but i'm not expecting ALL the inconsistencies to be fixed no matter how badly i desire that. Most people complained about act 3 and thats why i think they will focus on that.
The rose of remembrance can be included in one of the moments i pointed out.
Mind that it's a big IMHO, and if they do better than this i wil be more than happy!

Most of the complains are about The Rose of Remembrance and the lack of Triss... Everywhere. As long as they're enlisted under "inconsistencies" we should expected them to be fixed. We're aiming for equality above all.

There are inconsistencies in the romance before reaching Act 2 and 3. A few of them are actually in Act 1.
I think a bit more than that will be required. The Rose of Remembrance (Blooming) is vital.

There are not any act 1 inconsistencies of note imo. While i'd very much like to be able to return the rose in act 2 or 3 with an expression of love, it blooming isn't vital in my personal opinion(though i understand others want to believe in the elven myth)
Act 2 and 3 are where i expect them to focus their small tweaks, to improve the experience so that it feels that the world acknowledges the choice.

Well i think for certainty they will fix the dialogue on the boat....i guess the question is if it will be recycled dialogue from Novigrad or new dialogue, of course i think most likely it will be new dialogue but so far there haven't been many other hints at say new content (depending on what you define as new content), i don't think Marcine was suggesting we would get a new scene (which is not good), but instead just changing a few dialogue lines around....and if that is the case (and i hope there is more), then i guess maybe it is saved for the expansion......for all we know the situation with the rose of remembrance may come into effect into the blood and wine expansion. I guess it is more waiting for the news and maybe they will tell us something or even clear things up to what we should be expecting in the 'fixes'.

Yeah. I think that's what they meant when they said there won't be any new content. I find that very disappointing though considering that her first scene is censored. There is no equality in that unless they're giving her an additonal scene on top of what they planned in the new expansions.

Wow! Great first page info about Triss Good job. Maybe I can give you people a few more tips about Triss? You can add info about Triss and Kevin. She mention him during her illness in Blood of Elves book. It seems they were pretty close in the past. Also from the books her colors are blue and light green. And she had necklace in form of the heart from bluestone. It's from Tanned banquet. I know it's just small things... but I thought it could be interesting for someone.

Well to me it's the contrary, she says that Yen is like a mother to Ciri, and Triss like a big sister.
It seems pretty out of place to say something like that if you choose Triss to my mind...

Yeah i always took it as a sort of we will update you all later, or we have something special planned but we have to keep it under wraps at the moment. Still i guess the expansions can change a lot and may add to the interactions with her.

Yeah someone said that I don't remember where tho that is why I merge those two together. I think before the final battle handing her the Rose says a lot right there. On page 186 I also wrote a scene for that.

Yeah for me I would be very happy and positively surprised if they fix :

1 - The kiss scene with Yen at Kaer Morhen.
2 - Some acknowledgments from other NPC's (Cerys and Philippa mainly)
3 - The famous "Well ?"

That would give me the motivation to do a second playthrough...

Well for me i'd settle by some dialogue options to acknowledge Triss at Kaer Morhen with witchers or Yen. I'd like her to have her own dedicated arrival sequence after ugly baby at Kaer Morhen if romanced prior but not sure if they'll do that. I've accepted i'm not going to get the full presence at Kaer Morhen that would be my ultimate ideal.

Changing that kiss scene to something more appropriate that acknowledges Triss place before the entire party. Further acknowledgement from the likes of Dandelion/Zoltan would be nice but that's probably pushing it. I'm not bothered by lack of Cerys acknowledgment personally as Skellige she feels the opposite of Dijkstra who doesn't mention Yen.

A Skellige third act touching dialogue(hopefully with option to return rose) to replace well that would also take the focus off the very weak 'goodbye' is pretty essential too.

Overall i'm trying to set my expectations low, so i can appreciate the actual changed they are able to implement when they occur.

It's not out of place because that's the history of the romance over 20 years. Geralt corrects her when she suggests he take Yen away by saying it isn't going to happen because of Triss, which is one of the few acknowledgments that already exist.
