I like your interpretation of it. I don't think Ciri would hold Geralt back if his heart was with Triss, but i can understand that she has came back and things have changed...no longer are Geralt and Yen together - instead who she thought was her sister has become the lover of Geralt while still remaining like a sister to her. I also believed at first that she didn't want to get involved in it because it was Geralt's choice, still would of been nice to have a conversation with her about it.
Over time i think she would have adjusted to it, i mean in the Empress ending she mentions Triss and that takes place 2 months after (i think), while in the Witcher ending she would have time to get use to the idea of them together on the path.

Yeah and that could of been a dialogue option on the boat, considering she would almost be as relieved as Phillipa that Radovid is dead, especially how she reacted to Geralt doing that favour for Radovid with the crystal.

Hello everyone, I'm new to the CDproject forums and I am, first of all, very glad Cd Project hear the fans' pleas. Then I would to show immediately my allegiance: I'm a Triss' fan. Why? I've red all the books and played all the games, since the beginning I felt Yennefer not like "my type" of woman, so I'm not saying she's a bad character or something similar, I prefer Triss because she has more what I like in a woman, expecially talking about nature. And so yes, i'm very unsatisfied how Cd made the triss romance, clearly a second choice with yennefer being everywhere instead. Thanksfully, Cd made the commitment to fix this with tweaks and other minor things but, if I have understood correctly, they made mention to something big "boiling". What's this? I think it's clearly about the two (or three?) major DLCS, and what we must think first if there will be the fabled KOVIR dlc, which would be without a doubt around our lovely redhead sorceress. Afterall they have he second half of 2016 empty of major contents of the witcher 3- If not Kovir, will we have a more central role for triss (or for the romanced sorceress in general) in Oxenfurt? Because onestly I see a Fringilla Vigo surprise in Touissant, who could also became the third major love interest, given the prominent romance role she had in the last book.
I will wait!! May be there will be my new desktop wallpaper. =)

It took our feelings and love for each other to spring again to make the rose bloom again...as it would remain. the slide would start with a picture of the elven ruins of Geralt
handing the rose to Triss, next slide would be Triss holding the rose sadly as it was dying out and finally the last slide would be a close up of the rose blooming back in colour.

What do you think is in a mind? Since they never say anything about the magic other than it's "mind reading" it's safe to assume they can see memories. Besides, Yen sees Geralt reliving memories in his mind about things they've done in the past. I have no problem with being responsible for my actions. I LIKE being responsible for my actions. If I didn't like being held responsible for my actions, why would I buy a game that advertises that I'm held responsible for my actions? BUT Yen (by flawed game design) is clearly sending mixed signals.

Gotta admit though, when I saw Eskel go toe to toe with Caranthir --- Dude earned my respect.
It has nothing to do with the game or the book events. The story was a wedding present from Sapkowski to some friends. It's pleasant but non-canon--an alternate universe sort of thing. Just like the wedding mod for TW1 is a different story entirely, also non-canon and just for fun. It was meant as a joke.What do you think is in a mind? I like Eskel, don't get me wrong. I respect all the witchers, they've got a tough job and have mad fighting skills. But Triss has been mooning over Geralt in the books and for three games. I just can't see her with Eskel. Sorry, Eskel.
