:O CDPR guy browsing this thread, quick give suggestions!

Kovir DLC PLEASE :D

Kovir DLC has been mentioned so many times that they must by now have taken notice.....

Dev 1: So what can we do for this game after the second expansion?
Dev 2: Apparently we need to do Kovir.....it is in high demand
Dev 3: I like that idea.....everyone let's buy some cake to celebrate
Dev 4: Kovir dlc is going to be soo successful......hehe

Now everyone can replay Witcher as they like.

Well they've already got a load of angry #TeamYenn guys complaining about only doing things to please Triss fans, imagine the uproar if we got a Kovir DLC :p

Benefits will gain everyone. If Triss is romanced, so Yen could go to Kovir for her bussines and Geralt&Triss could help her with it.
If Yen s romanced so Geralt&Yen goes to Kovir for Yens bussines and Triss could help.

Half are angry and half would be happy...it would be like a boxing match taking place in Kovir....."on one side we have Team Triss....and on the other we have Team Yen.....let's get ready to rumble".

Seriously though, there are ways to implement Yen in the dlc and as a love interest, so i don't think it would be too much of a problem, besides more Witcher = Win!

Way too many hot heads in both camps. I would absolutely love Kovir DLC with Triss.

Yen and Geralt can live a quite life forever, soon they will need to go out and do something. Maybe in this case Triss call for help from Geralt and Yen, or just like @0nakita said ;)

CDPR said themselves that they're not doing this because we want them to, they're doing this because of the actual existing inconsistencies in her romance.

GingerEffect: Here is the thing. The major thing. I know it's gonna be a shock to some but...we are not perfect. (LEGASP!!!!!)

The biggest issue that we as a team identified with the Triss situation is that the current implementation does not really represent the very core design philosophy we hold dear. Namely, that your choices carry consequences and those consequences WILL present themselves to you.

As it has been stated in the opening thread, the consequences of choosing Triss are not adequately represented. This was something that was brought to our attention by this thread. We went back and looked at it again and realized that yes, this is indeed an inconsistency and one that deserves our attention. So we sat down, took our notes from your suggestions and checked what is viable to do. The result of that is what you will eventually see.

To the people who are somehow annoyed that we will correct the inconsistent consequences that are currently present in the Triss romance I say this: Please understand that this is not a case of us changing something simply because fans want it. This is because fans alerted us to something which we, internally, discussed (hence the long silence in between replies) and eventually agreed that it did not fit our core philosophy of including consequences to the choices the player can make.

In any case, I hope this clears things up a bit and puts a rest to the infighting about which issue deserves what kind of attention.
