...healed his leg, told him more details about Elder Blood (that's how Geralt understood linkage Emhyr=Duny before they've met each other again), helped Yen to escape from Lodge meeting...

Yep, she did, though she never supposed he would use it while fighting Vilgefortz and ofc it wasn't anything like "breaking the rules".
Oh, I'm sorry, let's head back to Triss discussion.

She cleared Yen's name for him:
“Yennefer.” She said quickly. “The one whose name you’ve mentioned a few times to me at night, in moments of ecstasy, has not ever betrayed you or Ciri. She was not an accomplice to Vilgefortz. She fearlessly undertook an unprecedented risk to save Cirilla. She suffered a defeat and fell into Vilgefortz’s hands. She was surely forced by torture to perform the magical detection that took place last year. Whether she still lives is not known. That’s all I know. I swear it.”“Thank you, Fringilla.”

The part right after the page is cut off is Triss talking to Crach an Craite trying to learn what happened to Yennefer,

You're right. I goofed! It's in the same conversation, but it's actually before the quoted part, not after it.

Anyway, to say that "she was willing to let him die without lifting a finger" is totally misunderstanding what happened there. The person she's going to screw over by staying silent here and cowing to Philippa is Yennefer.

At the point that Philippa tells Yennefer that Geralt is 'soon to be dead,' she's just pulling nonsense out of her ass. She's trying to manipulate Yennefer. Geralt's just making his way to Toussaint where the Lodge has other plans for him when they find out he's there. Namely, having Fringilla Vigo seduce him.

He learnt about it before, when he overheard Skellen's talk with Nilfgaardian opposition.

Anyway, I think Triss fit her role in TW1 much better than Vigo could.

It was a betrayal of Geralt, Ciri, and Yennefer. Not just Yennefer. She also admits that later when talking to Nenneke about her regrets, which I also quoted to show how it was a development of her character. You also have to take into account what the author is trying to do. Everything they do is about the plot, to serve the plot, and that was just one instance of that, and one of the major milestones in her character development. There was a threat to Geralt at the time, but luckily he managed to get out of it without any of their help. But as far as they were concerned, he was as good as dead. Remember Schirru? That's what she was referencing.

None of them deserves Geralt. I wish he would just ditch every single one of this manipulative witches and be a father for Ciri. The only woman he can 100% trust.

I think you wanted to say that Geralt doesn't deserve any of them ;) Even that bitch Astrid Lyttneyd Ásgeirrfinnbjornsdottir deserves better.

As long as none of them bothers him any more I don't care how you formulate it:

It's literally spelled out for you in the text, how can you deny it?
What? That Triss betrayed Geralt? Or those PHILIPPA'S words "who cares about Geralt"? They are not the same person, remember?
He was a target for assassination, that was the threat, and Schirru is how it played out.
Vilgefortz sent him after Geralt only when he found out that Yen and Geralt are really that connected.

Almost denied the final romance option to stay with Triss but I couldn't .... Red heads are so hot haha

Romance with Yen will happen on my 3rd playtrough... Geralt will fight hard against her seduction...
