Carduin? He was a member of the previous Council and one of most reasonable mages. And he's also from Kovir.Tancred is giving the mages a safe Haven. Radovid is killing them by the dozens and Emhyr keeps them on a short lease. The best future for mages is to go to Kovir so I would say the ball is in his court.
Triss would also appear to be the best option for leading them. Who else is there? Margaritta has her school, Yen wouldn't want to, Keira is wandering and curing the plague, Phillipa would be the worst person ever to lead them, Francesca won't leave her realm, and Fringilla might not be satisfied with the libraries in Kovir.
When you play The Witcher 2: Assassin of Kings you will understand why he can't.Carduin? He was a member of the previous Council and one of most reasonable mages. And he's also from Kovir.
And how she organized mages escape from Novigrad and found where will be save for them. She'll manage, she's talented after all. Did you see what she did at the battle of Kaer Morhen?
What do you mean exactly? When you play The Witcher 2: Assassin of Kings you will understand why he can't.
Yeah. She did a lot while other people did nothing, nothing but love to Triss and to Tancred for making the best decision of his life. And how she organised mages escape from Novigrad and found where will be save for them.
I'm not giving away any spoilers, you will understand when you play it, I promise. What do you mean exactly?
Possibly. But would he have their respect after he basically became Radovid's lap dog?Carduin? He was a member of the previous Council and one of most reasonable mages. And he's also from Kovir.
No, no. I have no doubts CDPR will do something. I'm curious what they consider as a new content and what is not. The meaning of this word is very wide. Let's wait to some updated info.If CDPR didn't care about the fans, I don't think they'd have any reason to come on the forums and tell us fans that they will be looking to make fixes and tweaks to Triss' romance option.
I already played it several times,And see no reason why he can't be a new head of the CouncilYeah. She did a lot while other people did nothing, nothing but love to Triss and to Tancred for making the best decision of his life.

All the choices you make in The Witcher 2: Assassin of Kings will give you the same results in The Witcher 3, he's no longer in the picture.Possibly. But would he have their respect after he basically became Radovid's lap dog?
What? He's dead?I totally missed it.All the choices you make in The Witcher 2: Assassin of Kings will give you the same results in The Witcher 3, he's no longer in the picture.
He is in the Witcher 3......All the choices you make in The Witcher 2: Assassin of Kings will give you the same results in The Witcher 3, he's no longer in the picture.
You probably weren't paying attention, but it does happen and it all leads to the same end in The Witcher 3. You will understand if you go through it again. It's a bit difficult to spot sometimes.I already played it several times,And see no reason why he can't be a new head of the Council
If Geralt choose to help Yorveth or Roche instead of save Triss by himself he dies when Letho reveals plans of Lodge or was arrested by Radovid, and You can imagine what his fate was, probobly was burned with all mages. What do you mean exactly?
Yes,but if you save Triss he's alive and well.If Geralt choose to help Yorveth or Roche instead of save Triss by himself he dies when Letho reveals plans of Lodge. If I recall correctly.
Nope.Yes,but if you save Triss he's alive and well.
Here's what codex says:Nope.
He is Radivid's personal mage, if I recall corectlly, so who will trust him after what Radovid done.Yes,but if you save Triss he's alive and well.
It all changes in TW3, like many other things. I'm being serious. Here's what codex says:
If Geralt chooses to rescue Triss during Chapter III:After hearing the accusations against Sile, Carduin demonstrated keen intuition and political savvy. He immediately demanded that she be removed from the Conclave, thus proclaiming the newly formed institution's stance on the matter.
If Geralt chooses not to rescue Triss during Chapter III:Their protests were for naught – Carduin and the other mages were arrested in connection with the accusations against the Lodge of Sorceresses .
