Yes, unfortunately there have been obvious efforts at minimizing the cost of the patch. They even made Triss' lines on average fewer and shorter to almost exactly match Yennefer's (who has fewer dialogues) total word count; I guess this is for cost reduction reasons to keep the amount of voice recording with each actress low.
Apparently, a lot of expansion related stuff was added, but the dialogues from the leak were not changed at all. So, the "before, during, after" is still there, and even the "got o be exhausting" (which I think is a typo) was left the same.

I think it was already possible before in the Chameleon in Final Preparations. And also in act 2 before A Matter of Life and Death by delaying that quest until after bringing Uma to Kaer Morhen.
Yep. But I found out about earring only after arrival with all company on Skellige.
yep already aware of those, already used it to see all new dialog for yen and triss.
Now I am going to celebrate two things today. New dialogues, and winning $1000 dollars or maybe just one thing if I lose.
