Triss mission not working properly

After I beat the game I noticed I had a mission that had to do with triss and it's called 'The Soldier Statutte' and the mission objective says failed but I can still active the quest but I can't do it because triss is gone from her original location in the game. And so I would like the quest to go into failed quests or fixed some how.

Also one more thing ::SPOLIER ALERT ::Why isn't Priscilla healing after she got beat up she's just living in bed wounded for over half of the game and I find that a little weird.

Off course you cant. Triss is gone for Kovir. You should do it before. Priscilla is healing maybe with the help of mages and that doctor. Slowly, but that is possible.

As the other poster said, the Soldier's Statuette and the Nobleman Statuette have to be completed before the end of the game. Once you finish "Something Ends, Something Begins," you are no longer able to interact with the major npcs like Triss.

I believe from what others have said that Priscilla does make a recovery, but I agree, it is not really reflected in the game. Some of the epilogue slides mention it, I've been told.

I know that some quests aren't available after you complete the game but my game says that the quest is still active which is probaly a glitch.

and after I completed the story and and a lot of the side quests I visited the hospital where Priscilla was and she is still thier "Recovering"
