Triss:

1. Made a naive yet loyal and selfless act in favor off the lodge (makes up for it at the end of the books by choosing Geralt over the lodge)
2. Doesn't help Geralt get his memory back out of her love for him (yet fully admits doing this later on)

Yen:

1. Remember that time Yen almost floods skellige?
2. Remember that time Yen literally used magic to turn Geralt into a slave?
3. Remember that time Yen entangles him in a lengthy bit of drama with another long-time lover?
4. Remember she literally fucks another guy behind Geralts back?
5. Remember she also dangles the prospect of reconciliation in order to get him to compromise some personal rules he's set for himself so she can attain exotic magical ingredients.
6. Remember she's an insufferable bitch hated by everyone?
7. Remember that she's a literal hunchback?

Triss's fuck ups came from naive, selfless and loyal mistakes, Yens came from her being a general insufferable bitch.

Your argument is just as flawed.
