It's sad...until she teleports Geralt far above a lake :evil:That is not funny man, its sad.

+1That's kinda a stupid argument.
Like saying the player is forcing poor Geralt to dump Triss/dump Yen/stay with Yen/get together with his one true love Dijkstra.
It's a choice, yours isn't more valid than anyone else's.
I know, and true but thats another story.Ofc, you force Geralt in every dialogue then. You force him to say I love you to Yen as well.
I can't honestly see your point. Like @farrysquallko said, some Geralts don't forgive her and some Geralts do (by expressing love for her), there is nothing more to it.This conversation was about forgiveness from Geralt too Triss , and he doesn't say it. Thats fact.
And "I love you" , does not change it . He must have said it before the romance and before players choice
Sadly you don't get to make some choicesThat's kinda a stupid argument.

I don't think this is a good argument. In a game based on player choice, something a character says without player input can't be viewed as more valuable than something you decide he should say. There isn't one universal Geralt, each player roleplays differently, someone plays Geralt from the books, someone his own version of the character. Also each player has different motives for choosing certain outcomes. Saying Geralt doesn't forgive her because he doesn't say it explicitly is also based on personal interpretation, from your perspective he doesn't, from someone else's there is nothing to forgive hence there is no need for that dialogue. And neither one is wrong, that's the charm of games.Well, its not same if he says himself, i forgive you before the romance, or the player choose " i love you".
Yes, he will forgive her, when he romances her but thats a bit different.
Man, play the game again, look at how Geralt looks at Triss from the start... Its like when he didnt tell Yen he loves her for SO MANY years and the just by the way said it and didnt even take it as a big thing... He knew it all the time.I know, and true but thats another story.
This conversation was about forgiveness from Geralt too Triss , and he doesn't say it. Thats fact.

Actually not. If the player decides so, there is no need so say it directly. I think players have the ability to imgaine this.I know, and true but thats another story.

But he didnt..
And again, yes he will forgive her unspoken when he say "i love you'".
The game can't tell you all the story, so some is up for player to imagine this by themselves, what you say now is one of them....And your version may different with other player version thoughI know, and true but thats another story.

Thank you!!!I don't think this is a good argument. That's true, but it's also a good thing - it's an RPG, we're playing Geralt who as a character would in some cases always make a certain decision, it's not like Skyrim where we can do and be whatever we want, maybe there are some exceptions but I guess this isSadly you don't get to make some choices
Best so farI don't think this is a good argument. That pissed me off. Wanted to leave Triss at Menge's since she is guilty of every single thing the lawful witch hunters accused her off, but alas, no real dimeritium shackles avaiable.Indeed, no option to hand Ciri, Triss and Yennefer over to Noble King Radovid, and then laugh as he chases the WIld Hunt accross dimensions and burns the filthy Aen Elle heathens at the stake.
....says the one with the Yenn pic in signature!!! :veryangry::realmad::angry::halt::mean:This thread is quite heated, just because some people make different choices in game then others,
and now arguing about it ...
I like Triss to, just not that much :faith:....says the one with the Yenn pic in signature!!! :veryangry::realmad::angry::halt::mean:
Just kidding, you're right we should probably calm down a bit![]()
Burn them all.Since I opened my eyes and seen that people like Keira are responsible for the oppression and slaughter of the Northern people.
Radovid is the only hope.
The last hope.
Gods bless the King!
Exactly. Though you take water hags, I pick my faithful UMA!
To be fair, I was joking about choosing Sigi over triss and yen. Though I wasn't specificThat's true, but it's also a good thing - it's an RPG, we're playing Geralt who as a character would in some cases always make a certain decision, it's not like Skyrim where we can do and be whatever we want, maybe there are some exceptions but I guess this isfftopic: anyway
