Trouble finding thugs outside The Puffins house
Ran into a bit of trouble with the "The Play's the Thing" quest. Thing is, the street performers called The Puffins asked to deal with some bandits allegedly roaming somewhere not far from their house. As fate would have it, I agreed and stepped outside preparing for some ass kicking. To my disappointment I didn't find anyone, so I ran around a bit in search for those thugs. The quest marker, however didn't show any place where those troublemakers could be hauled up.
Now, I remember earlier on, when I first came to the city, I ran into a child crying not far from this place and who later led me to a group of three bandits hiding behind the house where The Puffins are hiding. Could it be, that those were the thugs whom I were supposed to teach a lesson in humility? If so, is it some kind of bug or am I missing a thing or two? Cause I tried talking to the mandolin player (with the sad tune) and nothing happens, The quest is still active, so I guess, my assumptions might very well be wrong.
I tried meditating a bit, waiting for them to show up, but nothing happened.
I sincerely hope it's not a bug and I am just not seeing something.
