Trouble with skyboxes

When I try to add a sky above the heads of my hapless villagers and witcher, I get a big black thing... I've tried with two different skyboxes, but the results were the same. I manage to give the appropriate lighting to the area, but there's still no sky to speak of.If someone could give me a hint as to what might be wrong, it'd be appreciated.

Are you testing your skyboxes in the game, or is your "big black box" what you see in Djinni? I ask because skyboxes sometimes look funny in Djinni even though they look fine in the game, so make sure you test them in the game before deciding that it isn't working. To figure out which skybox to use and how to position it, you can open the main game's version of the area you're using, then click on the skybox. It'll tell you which skybox is being used and what the coordinates are. (Usually it's X = 1500.00, Y = 1500.00 and Z = 0.00.)The areas the main game uses are in C:\Program Files\The Witcher Enhanced Edition\Data\modules\!Final (in XP), and they have a .mod extension. I blush to admit that I worked with Djinni for several months before I realized that I could rename those files to have a .adv extension, then open them in Djinni and see what CDPR did and how they did it. So I mention it just in case you didn't know it, either.

Many thanks, I have managed to solve the problem of a lack of sky. :)
