Great idea, it's no easy task to arrange TW2 characters according to importance and maybe some other factors, such as popularity and personal preference. 
Saskia should be much higher in this pyramid, she should trade places at least with Shile, but if I made a similar character arrangement image, I'd put her to Triss' place and put Triss to Shile's current place.

Good arrangement. I would flip Dethmold/Henselt and Philippa/Saskia, and I might flip Sile/Letho. Although Geralt has more direct dealings with Dethmold and Philippa, they're not adjacent to Geralt anyway.
Flipping Saskia with Philippa puts Saskia adjacent to Zoltan and Iorveth, who serve her, and beneath Philippa, which I think is valid for reasons that would be big spoilers. Similarly, flipping Henselt with Dethmold puts Henselt next to Dandelion and Roche, who undermine him, and puts Dethmold under Henselt where he belongs. With Sile and Letho, there's the question (big endgame spoiler) of who is controlling who.

No matter the path of the first chapter Loredo is the obstacle come the end, this leads to the binary choice of either the king or rebel queen (with perhaps the Draug dividing them). It feels strange not to have Radovid in the third section, but for all his prominence he does not figure into the story as much as the two opposing sorcerer's do.
