true polish script?

I'm interested in playing the game in Polish with English subtitles. However, as I keep trying it, I realize that the subtitles are really just the English script, and not the actual Polish translation. I can hear things in the speech that I know i'm missing, even though I don't know a lick of Polish. Is there any kind of mod or anything where I can get the true Polish/English translation for the subtitles?

I am interested in doing this as well. Though the above poster has got farther than me. I can't work out how to change the language/subtitles!
