And how many of them had Turkish from begin on ? Thats what counts, because we talk here now about a game, that is "out of development", it doesn't get any big support anymore for new content, and adding a complete new language is a new feature that costs alot of money for CDPR, money, they could use better for developing their current new game Cyberpunk 2077 or could use better for actually improving Witcher 3 with new content in form of a 3rd expansion that alot of people would love to get rather, than to see CDPR wastign money just to add 2 years after game release Turkish as another language to the game...
Be more realistic Naughty Dog !!
I also wouldn't call any Soccer game really an AAA title..these super generic games aren't worth it to be listed AAA games that are every year basically exactly the same. You also listed up some "Collections" and remastered games, that weren't the "originals", its it also the case with the original release games???
Oh and just GoW3, how ba,d the prequels got no turkish support, I ask myself why ??
The reason is simple - its too cost expensive for developrs to localize the games in too many languages, thats why they mostly focus in Europe/the West only onto English and more precisely for Europe into the classic 5 that is
English
French
Italian
Spanish and lastly
German
because thats already more than enough workj and costs for developers to do, especially so more text and voice actor intensive the game is, and in regard of this is Witcher 3 HUGE WORK... Professional Voice Actors, also not turkish ones don't work for free when they have to go for several days into tone studios to record all the thousands over thousands of lines they have to speak, until everything is recorded and quality tested ect pp, until it ends up as integrated feature in the game!
Can repeat only myself, don't have your hopes too high, be mroe realistic, this won't happen and about this I'm pretty sure, not now - too late for that, that train went off already for too long.
It did't happen through one of the Expansions, so why should it happen right now after they stopped officially supporting the game, other than making Patches for eventually Bug Fixe`?
Tell us one good reason, why they should begin to waste now money on another language, if they could make rather good use with that money better on Cyberpunk 2077 and make sure, that this game eventually starts off directly with Turkish as supported language??
PS: also for the Witcher 2 to get turklish support, it wasn't somethign that CDPR did make on their own..they added it first, until turkish people organized together with the localization team of CDPR the work. It wasn't CDPR self who did the work, it were some turkish fans who did the work... thats again a huge difference

The original witcher 2 had never Turkish Language Support, it got it only later due to a fan project helping out CDPR with the translation and localization work.
If something like this should ever happen again with Witcher 3, then hope for it, that this Project that did back then the work with Witcher 2 is willing to do the work again for CDPR for Witcher 3, unles that happens, its very unrealistic to even think about it that this game will get now Turkish supported....
and if it woudl happen, this woudl start of only a snowball effect of many other people then beggin for their native languages to be supported as well, like Russian, like Dutch, like Portugese and so on.
and we will have again here many discussions and threads from many other peopel that please for their languages to be supported as well. CDPR simply can't please everyone!
