Most people say turning off RayTracking makes game stable, but in my case, turning off Raytracking just make game crash every 10 mins...crash is least problem, i also got blue screen and system freeze.
It happens when game trying to auto save.
My setting: every thing Ultra, Raytracking off, DLSS-off...
My rig: CPU-i9 7900x, GPU-RTX 2080TI, 32GB DDR4 3200mHz RAM,
win10 with every driver is up tp date

Think you mean raytracing, but have you tried a nVidia driver reinstall with factory settings? You've got a capable rig, so the underlying problem might be other software. You could also reach out to the technical website to document the issue (https://support.cdprojektred.com/en/).

Interesting, hadn't heard that one yet. Although I completed with RT off, DLSS (Balanced), and most everything else maxed @ 1440p, I think it still looked good. Yeah CP2077 still needs optimization, but I'm looking forward to what it can achieve once the code gets cleaned up.
