If only they spent as much time developing the rest of the game as they did on the ads
I think I did it at some point,
but I have stopped trying to post anything positive since I've got no strength left to deal with all the "you're only defending cdpr", "you're just ignoring the negative sides", "yeah but if they did this and that...", "but this and that is still shitty"...
all this lead me to kind of leave the forum because it's not an environment I really like. Maybe I'm just looking at the wrong threads or anything, dunno.
Either way sorry to detour, yeah I really like the ads and also the news, what happens around the world (e.g. automation of traffic in china, banning of bikes and self owned cars, 60°C temperatures in now still habitable places (mediterrean sea) and questions for humanitarian help getting ditche because of free market xD... lots of world building around.)
btw if I'm not wrong, after doing impactful quests (main quest stuff) it will change your title screen and the loading screen with news regarding what happened (e.g. the shooting down of the AV with the EMP from the power plant etc). kind of the first time I looked and "watched" the loading screen longer as I had to because it was already done, but I wanted to know what it would say

I would not pay much mind to the naysayers.
In truth, they are usually just ignoring the good stuff as much as they claim you are ignoring the bad.
So to them I just think: "Pot meet Kettle. Kettle, this is Pot."
I kinda feel the same way. It's like, I stated my points numerous times in attempt to improve the game. Ignoring the trolls is easy enough, but the ones that agree or, at least, move the conversation forward is like preaching to the choir. And so I don't get deleted. I think the ads are good. They reflect the direction ads are headed IRL.
Yes, the art and in game assets are generally top notch in CP2077 but the gameplay is well the opposite.
