Your mod WITH total immersion should be even harder, with the enemy health bar missing, the weapon we are holding and the stance missing, and so on, it is even more hardcore ;)Do the visual damage work well even with monsters? I have harder time to notice wounds to monsters, easier with mankind ;)

Every attack leaves visible wound on opponent, monster or human alike.

And is it really possible to determine the wounds of a creature with this? So, to see if a monster is just a bit wounded, or near death? So, if I strike the monster with strong style, or with fast style, or with group style, the wounds will look the same? Or will the most important wounds be more visible on opponents? (To give an example, let's stay I strike my opponent with strong style, and he lost 3/4 of health. On another one, I strike with fast style, and just 1/8 health lost, will the two wounds look the same?)Thanks

Wounds can't indicate how many hitpoints enemy has. One enemy dies after 1 attack. 1 attack means 1 wound. Other enemy needs 3 attacks, so he will end with 3 wounds. Wounds are nothing more than graphical improvement.

Ok. But... Does a wound by a strong style look like the same as a wound with a fast style ? I guess yes, according to your answer. Thanks

Each hit looks different depending where the wound texture appear on the model. The texture itself is always the same, even for spell wounds. When enemy mage casts a spell and hurts you, you still have cut wound.

I guess this is the way the game behaves, and there is no way to have spell wounds and not cut wounds ? ;)So an enemy casts a fire spell on us, the spell cuts us? ;)And is this possible to have two cut wounds at the same place, and so we cannot see if the enemy is wounded one or twice?

Character model is big and wound placement is random. It's possible that 2 cut wounds appear at the same place but very, very unlikely.

Same like above - it's possiblebut very, very unlikely ::)

level 1 and 2 dexterity reads +5attack +5dodge, is this true or should it be +5parry +5dodge?

There's parry of course. This description exists since first version of the mod. How come nobody noticed it :-\

I'm still making my way through vanilla version before I try any mods, but I'd love to have permanent bodies enabled since I think the instant pile of bones is a bit silly.anyway I can just install that feature for now?

Unfortunately not. Permanent body settings are part of creature templates. Installing bodies also installs other changes.

Bounty hunter is wearing full plate armor. He was too weak in chainmail + leather.I'll check the sword issues.

He was stronger earlier. Now he didnt hit Geralt even once (from the back, level 8 in chapter 1, all posible dexterity upgrades).

If you're giving him (Flash) field plate you're going to have to give Geralt something besides a sword. Historically, swords, even 2 handed swords could not penetrate field plate. The only way to get through the steel was with a puncturing weapon such as a military pick or warhammer. If you ever watched Braveheart, you'd notice that Mel Gibson put aside his cleaver, and used what appeared to be a military pick to puncture the knight's helmet (and brains). Sooo...can Geralt use witcher techniques with a war hammer?

Hello, I'm new to this forums so my question has probably been brought up before. It has always bugged me that Geralt doesn't draw his sword after hostile dialogues. When dialogues ends in combat the enemies has their weapons drawn and Geralt just stands there like a fool! So the first thing you have to do is run away from the enemy which ruins the immersion a bit. I guess this would be pretty hard to mod though.Anyway, thanks for a nice mod!
