@Ljesnjanin, can you take a screen of your content in Data folder? Because as I remember, you have also problem with elves.

Everything seems to be ok. Do you have possibility to reinstall the game and RotWW?

How do I get the new optional armour? I have that option installed and it shows up in the "Side Effects" adventure but Vesemir gives me the old one at Kaer Morhen.

I managed to fix the guard with black seam behind his back, the seam is still visible but at least the black line is gone. it's just that the armor texture doesn't fill up the UVmap's space so widen it seem to fixed this.

also, I tried to tweak some textures, I would love to show them :p
this one I showed before, but I got the chance for a clear comparison now. your geralt's face texture has a large unnatural goatee shape, I tried to tweak it, made it less wide than it should.
before:

after:

and here is my mix up of your Triss old version + new version, I think it looks great!

Problem with those black seams on backs, heads, chests has been fixed. Till today we had no idea that we are able to change that, but we accidentally found a solution, so we can give you an update. Installator will be updated soon, but for those who have already installed RotWW there are some files you need to unpack into Witcher/Data/z_zrotww/Characters directory.

Geralt's beard comes from the second game and I honestly don't see anything unnatural in it.

ekhm. that pack doesn't included that guard's texture, its name is "cr_guard2_c1", see for yourself.

and yes, Geralt's beard comes from the second game. but it's not the beard having problem, it's the goatee part doesn't "sync" well with W1's UVmap. here, I hope this comparison will clear things up:

Why have you deleted the scars of fight versus Strigga?

oh sorry, nevermind that part. it's just that the scar doesn't fit with my personal taste :p (he also doesn't have it in TW2 though). I won'tt mess up that change if I were to share the texture.
