TW2 EE: Cinematic Depth of Field so lag !!

in The Witcher 2 2.0 version I'm enabled Cinematic Depth of Field and minimum FPS is 30-28 not much lag
But when i enabled Cinematic Depth of Field FPS is so low about 28-20 and so lag
Can CD-Projekt fix this

Specs? It could be that your computer simply isn't strong enough to handle it, in which case it's not something that requires "fixing" since it's not broken.

I have no problems but your gpu is has power than mine.
Don't know about the CPU tho and 4GB Ram are more then enough

Maybe update your drivers?
Do you have custom mods installed? If so then uninstall them!

I noticed this too, cinematic cut scenes seem to be more demanding for some reason in EE. You can always turn off AllowScatterDOF=1 in the user.ini.

I had no problem till version 2.0 but in enhanced edition cutscenes run slow and there is alot of blur which looks bad when cinematic depth of field is enabled , before enhanced edition it always worked fine in performance field and blur during the cutscenes was also something that made beauty in that scene instead of way too much blur , almost double than that of the original . So I turned it off because there is no fix , it's a design choice ... Pixel shader (Blur) will still be there in both gameplay and cutscenes but it won't scatter(during cutscenes), so you'll have to live with it until there is some fix .

Cinematic DOF is broken. I think it got messed up in the EE, in the course of fixing something else, but that's just my guess.

I'm not sure they're going to fix it; it's not something everybody needs, or something that makes the game not play right.
