1. A "Read letter" option in the UI when you go to loot a note, letter, or book.
Save us from looting it,
opening inventory,
searching for which tab it went into,
searching within that tab to find it,
clicking on it,
pressing E to read it.

2. Sorting the quest log to stay on the one you left it activated on.

Just some suggestions:
* Scrolling between locked targets - will be usefull when fighting against 2-4 enemies. As it implemented right now - better to not lock at all if enemies number is >1.
* Ability to adjust saturation and contrast - SweetFX is so popular for a reason.
* Dropboxes in Alchemy/Crafting menus should remember their previous state or at least start closed (player has to list through all recipes to see required ingredients, buy or craft what is missing and look over the list again)
* Prompt when crafting arms or armor - making expensive stuff due to misclicking is frustrating. Crafting happens not so often for this prompt to annoy anybody.
* Hotkey to hide all UI
* More ekimmara hides (there are 3 in game, player needs more to get superior oils)
* Check hitboxes. Sometimes Geralt gets hit when enemy really badly misses, but manages to pass through griffon wing without any harm.
* Visible Quen timer. It always ends right before enemy manages to hit you.

How is slightly moving the joystick an issue for you? You actually want a different button to jog, and another button to sprint as well? Terrible idea, just terrible.

If you barely press the joystick, it will walk. If that isn't enough for you, you are just a whiny b#tch.

1)Toxicity bar in the menus for who drink potions from inventory.

2)turn at alchemic mecchanics of witcher 2 to justify erbs collect and balance gameplay (collect erbs and material for craft potions and bombs Evert time - and not trought alcolhest refilled) -excluded decots

3)possibility to sort inventory items like witcher 2 (because i'm an ambulant public library and for use potions and unguents it's very annoying search between Books!)

Is there not a sensitivity setting for movement in the controller options?

That's how it is now on the horse. It feels weird to move so slowly without proper analog control.

Don't post if you're just going to tell the guy to slightly press the left stick or press control. He knows this. CTRL doesn't work for controllers as it gets overwritten, and while slightly pressing the stick is a bandaid, we're just looking for an option like the KEYBOARD SETTINGS HAVE for controllers, that is, an option to toggle walk, or even better, make his default movement walk as an option.

I wasnt sure if you know how to parry yes blocking is pointless indeed but it is good that it is becuase you have to block / parry right.
And yes u still sound you are too bad for the game. Learn it. I and i think the most have no problem to doge and strike then to doge or parry or sth else against a group of opponents. Realy it isnt the games fault. Learn the game and your problem is fixed.
Also the parry =/ doge wasnt the only thing ... i realy hope i helped you but you are seeming just pissed :(
You can belive me i played the mainquest, most of the sidequests and witcherquests. I dont know how many hours i spent cause the game doesnt counts the hours when the game is quit by a crash ( i had so many many crashes). But i think i played it 70h +. I am playing it currently on highest difficulty cause the game grows to easy at some point of the the game.

Okay there is a solution, but he doesn't like the solution.

Sounds more like his problem rather then the game.

Please add more information to the books like "You have read this book" for the books that you read (rly?) also would be nice some info like, "this is a quest book", "this is a bestiary book" and so on.

As i mentioned in the thread below, this game needs badly a multiple quest tracker at the main map so that it shows all the locations of the quests on your journal so that you can plan a proper questing route

Guys am I the only one who thinks that auto center of the camera is nervewrecking? I have to readjust the camera angle every 5 seconds because it is focused on the fu**ing ground. Can't look at the beautiful environment longer than 1,5 seconds as the camera constantly fights me. When sailing, I can't even lower the camera vertically as it's blocked for some reason. Can't look right, can't look left, up or down longer than 2 seconds while riding Roach. I want to smash my controller against the wall every time I try to enjoy the view but can't because of this fu**ed up auto center.

PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP CDPR, IT IS GAMEBREAKING!!!

Besides, I just installed the PS4 patch 1.03 and didn't notice any changes. Performance in certain areas like Novigrad and Swamps is still almost unplayable due to 10 fps. The horse camera stuttering hasn't been fixed neither and the font size is still tiny as hell. Can't describe how angry I am...

I think they should remove that awful shinny sparkling effect on everything, it looks bad even on Geralts crossbow it looks bad.
I don't mind it on his swords and medalion, but when i see this effect on blood, or Gealts clothing buckles, shinny silver touch holders etc..ect.. it's an eye sore :)
Maybe just remove that effect, it would look better dull. What if they have less fires burrning or barrels or something, maybe less rain storms... I don't know, but there has to be a way to remove some of the unneeded/extra bullshit in this awesome looking game, so we can get better frames, textures and less bugs. Cut the fat cdpr, trim the leaves so to speak :)

A camera mode sorts like in Shadow of Mordor would be great if possible. The game looks so wonderful, and so many great moments I feel like hitting [F12] all the time. Also, some way to disable HUD markers, subtitles, etc. just for a second when taking a screen grab, would that be possible? It's tricky and annoying to manually disable everything and reload to take screens again after a certain cut scene or so is done.

Its a pretty simple suggestion in my eyes. Make it so that Training Skills don't have to be slotted when invested.

What's the Reasoning for this?

With the way that the Skill system is set up in the Witcher 3, You have to both; invest points, and slot skills in order to receive the bonuses from skills. This works fine, and I even enjoy the system. Pairing skills also has the added benefit of enhancing Mutagens you slot for increased bonuses. The fly in this ointment is that the Mutagen system makes investing and slotting in the Training the Tree a pointless endeavor -- despite the many bonuses with in it.

Furthermore, the argument could be made that the Training Bonuses are bonuses that Geralt should have native. Hence the name of the tree these bonuses are in.

In short, the Training Tree is either worthless, or redundant when taken in mind with the Slot Budget in the system, and the Mutagen System.

How should this be fixed?

I have a few paths that could be taken.

1. Remove the ability to slot skills from the Training Tree and make them function as if they are slotted. This makes for a worthwhile investment in these skills, and makes them not interfere with the 3 major trees.

2. Remove the Training Skill Tree altogether and make these bonuses native. Geralt is a seasoned Witcher, therefore at this point in the series, his training should be second nature.

3. Make Training Skills function as 'Wild Cards'. Training Skills will act like skills of a certain tree as far as Mutagens are concerned as long as it's paired with 2 other skills of that tree. 2 Combat Skills and 1 Training Skill will function as 3 Combat Skills for the Mutagen Slot.

What will this change?

This will make points invested in the Training Tree worthwhile, and not take away from Mutagens or our Slot Budget. This will also, depending on he path taken above; Make the Training Tree a worthwhie investment of our few skill points, lower the Difficulty of the game, or Create more Diversity in Builds without having to take a hit for not meeting all of the bonuses on your Mutagens.

If you agree with this, post in this thread with your approval, the more positive posts, the more likely it is to pass from the Community Managers, to Developers.

List of things you want CDPR to remove or fix, to make this game more fun to play and look at in general

Feel free to list your ideas of what you think devs should cut or patch in order to help make this game even better for us.
e.g Anything from texture effects to weather effects or magick, what player options do you want, is the game to easy???
Stuff like that. I don't want to focus on bugs in this thread, just things that can make this game look, feel and play better in general.
We all know it's a buggy mess, but maybe some of our player fan feed back can help devs fix those too. If enough of us can agree on what we want or don't want in the game maybe it will help, who knows... stay positive gamers!

Faster-paced battles and dodges, as shown in in this old gameplay trailer (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e7aqSWVeUQk&feature=youtu.be&t=5m00s), seems more appropriate for a mutant with enhanced reflexes, and also much more fun and engaging for the player (imo). But I imagine CDPR knows what they're doing and the change has been for the sake of a more balanced final product.

It would also be nice to have an option alongside the difficulty to define the progression pace, normal or slower. If you plan to be a completionist, it's more appropriate to level more slowly, otherwise the main quests will eventually be too easy.
