TW3 on GOG?

Any news if TW3 will be sold on GOG as the previous Witcher games are?

There's no way because CDPR and GOG is owned by the same company and therefore it would be against the law. :(

Just in case the OP was not joking, I'm pretty sure CDPR stated a long time ago we could "always get it (TW3) DRM free from GOG.com". So that's pretty clear.

And it makes absolute sense. This is like asking if the next Portal will be available on Steam, or the next Battlefield on Origin.

Thank you. Not sure why everyone thinks I was joking. CDPR doesn't own GOG, do they? I thought GOG owned GOG, like Amazon owns Amazon or Google owns Google....

CDP is the parent company to GoG. So technically yes, they own GoG.

It's like Google owning YouTube, the former being the parent and the latter is the subsidiary.

Edit: I must be blind, did not see Slim's reply.

GOG.com (formerly Good Old Games) is a computer game sale and distribution service operated by GOG Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of CD Projekt RED based in Larnaca, Cyprus. GOG delivers "classic" video games through its DRM-free digital platform for Windows and Mac OS X. In March, 2012, it began selling more recent titles such as The Witcher 2, Alan Wake, Assassin's Creed, among many others.

If you open GOG's site and scroll all the way down, you'll see this:

GOG.com © 2013. Part of CD PROJEKT group.
