There is possibility that these days there may be already preload or certainly one week before the release?We are still working with GOG, Steam, Sony, etc on pre-loads and do not have an exact date yet. I think Sid's estimate of 1 week is safe, but it isn't a sure thing yet.

Maybe they don't want to leave the bulk of their content out there hanging in the digital domain for weeks, open for enthusiasts to possibly hack and leak assets. Perhaps Steam, GOG, and Sony have things in place to reduce the possibility of such occurrences, hence setting a preload date closer to release date.
Yeah but that's not an easy solution, for the common people I mean. Imagine all the guys who will preload the game and don't get that they need to go back on gog.com at launch to get a missing .exe. Obviously you need a launcher like GOG Galaxy for a proper preload functionality. It quite baffles me that CDP didn't manage to release Galaxy to the overall public before the release of W3. Or did I miss something?
Yes, but it's in alpha now, it won't be out before TW3, and even though, that would be a bit late...
No one has any information on PS4 or PC preloads. We will know when soon enough, though, as TheEvilChris stated earlier in the thread. They're still working out the precise details including the date and time.
Preload on PS4 will start on May 16th.

PSN is never early with pre-loads though.. Ussually only a few days in advance.
Just a tip, let it download in Rest Mode, for some reason its alot quicker than downloading it on the go, or while sitting on the dashboard.

I just pre ordered the game on GOG and hope preloading starts soon. We still have two weeks to go but the excitement is killing me...
I don't understand how you are working with GoG on the preload? Don't CD Projekt own GoG? I thought it would be a lot more simple than the other platforms including steam.

Nope. That's why it says "Expected". I think it's a place-holder. Of course, it COULD be correct, for the same reason as a stopped clock is right twice a day.
