On GoG Soundtrack of 35 tracks is available now (replaces? possibly augments? the previous 4 bonus tracks... need to check whether the old tracks are in the current download... now where did I put them?)
There are 31 new tracks, and 32-35 are the old bonus tracks. I'm assuming that Steam and PS4/XB1 are only the 31 track version. (Not that I would care if they got those too (and they have been shared on Soundcloud and other places before anyway)).

It took me around 10-15 minutes to install. Although it's possible it varies between rigs since CPU and HDD/SSD type affect install speeds.
HDD and i5 2520M here. 5 mins is crazy tho, I should seriously buy an SSD too, I even have a slot for it in my laptop lol.
I live in remote village with shit internet. Still, I don't consider almost 30gb in about 1 hour bad.

Unlucky, I guess. I'm also from Brazil and downloaded fine with Galaxy.

Galaxy resumes the download automatically. You don't lose progress.

You could download manually with Firefox. Install the 'downthemall' add-on, use it, and you shouldn't lose your progress.
