TW3 PRELOAD - Availability

I cant pre load at all on steam, nothing is popping up for me.

It's probably server-dependent? I saw posts in Steam about the 13MB file about 10 minutes before it was available for me. If you're desperate to just get it started, try another server. But the real download still isn't available.

And... you're done.

Ehm, i dont know if this is for everyone. But when i made a mistake in galaxy (i mistakenly clicked abort, and then galaxy deleted my 5gb of data):
I then decided to give manual downloading through chrome a try.
And for some reason, at the first 4gb part file i get constantly my maximum download speed which is 1.5megabyte per second (not bits).
And when i used galaxy, it sat at just 0.3 megabyte per second or so.
So for me i stick to manual downloading through chrome i suppose

I deleted it just in case. I pre-loaded GTA V and that had some sort of corrupt file thing so I'm playing it safe and will wait til it looks right.

So the 13MB is a CSD File. CSD files are compressed version of an image or document. So those 13MB are probably the icon and the achievments, I would assume.
