We don't know that for sure yet, sorry. We have been told that it will be some kind of saving import system and probably an alternative for those who didn't play TW2 (or lost their files, as myself). But we don't know yet if that alternative will be a comic, or maybe will be integrated in a conversation (ME2 also had one of these).Hello.
I own both The Witcher and The Witcher 2. Played a lot of the first and I adore it, but never played the second installmente because my PC doesn't run it properly.
With this in my head, I decided I'll get The Witcher 3 at launch on PS4. And that's where my question enters:
Will there be an "Interactive Backstory Comic" available?
In case you guys don't know what it is, it's a Comic Book that tell's the story of the past games and gives you an option to choose between important parts of the previous games, and this way it creates a Save Game based on your options so you can continue The Witcher 3 like you actually played the previous ones.
Mass Effect 2 was the first game (I think) that have this option, and the "Comic Book" is called "Genesis".
And this E3 Bioware confirmed that Dragon Age Inquisition will have this too for those who never played the first two.
So, will this be available? Or is it at least on the plans?
Anyway, they made a video-comic recap of TW1 for TW2, so I think it's highly possibly they will repeat this move. Sorry mate.
