The drops had to be claimed manually in https://www.twitch.tv/drops/inventory
I don't remember if there was a timeout for claiming the drops. I claimed mine right after Twitch notification and I got all of them in Gwent.

@Gimme_a_break yeah I have claimed my twitch drops and are connected and still havn't got them after a week. I claimed them when world masters was active so it is obviously a problem with drops or gwent and not on the viewers end.
I had the same issue, severing the connection between Gwent and Twitch and reconnecting solved the issue for me.
@InkognitoXI thank you! it worked after some hours of waiting and I got it after reconnecting gwent and twitch
