UI Lag/Bug with Radial Menu?

I think there's some sort of bug with activating Radial Menu because when I hit TAB it doesn't bring it up the first time, most times I have to hit the button twice. Is this because the radial menu is part of the console UI, so it has to switch control types so some sort of bug or lag happens during that event?

I experience this problem as well and it is super annoying. It is as if the radial menu were going to sleep mode. If I haven't used it in a while, pressing TAB does nothing -- I have to press TAB a second time to actually activate the radial menu. Now, after being "awake", pressing TAB will instantly open the radial menu successfully. However, if I don't open it for some period of time, of which I have not been able to determine, we're back to the radial menu being in sleep mode and not activating on the first press but the SECOND press of TAB.

Yes this is exactly what I experience...some sort of bug I guess?

I have the same problem. Please fix this so we can open radial menu any time, even while rolling. Plus so we can move selection arrow instantly from one side of the selection to another, not push it around the circle.
