Despite having my accounts linked, I am unable to access my digital rewards.

1. Digital Art Booklet Issue: When attempting to access the Art Booklet, I receive the following error: "Access denied_ Please sign in using the CDPR Account associated with your copy of Cyberpunk 2077."

2. In-Game "My Rewards" Error: In the main menu, clicking "My Rewards" results in this error: "To Claim your rewards, launch the game from GOG Galaxy 2.0 after logging into your account." I am confirming that I am launching the game via GOG Galaxy 2.0 while logged in.

Account & Troubleshooting Status:

• Connection Status: I have verified in GOG Galaxy (Settings > Add games & friends > Connect platforms) that my account is already correctly connected.

I found that REDprelauncher doesn’t appear, and I’ve tried many ways but still can’t fix it.

Could you please investigate why the system is failing to recognize my game ownership for these rewards?

Logging in and out the redlauncher can sometimes help too. Also make sure you are not using vpn.

If that doesn't work you can use the same link to send a ticket to support.

Make sure you have set a standard browser in Windows.
