Unable to Combine Mutagens (GLITCH)

I am currently level 6 and have just finished the 'Family Matters' (Baron) quest line.

When looking under my alchemy tab to combine the10+ lesser blue mutagens I have found, to my surprise there is no option. I have seen on streams where the combining is done, but unfortunately it is not there in my game.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

there are different blue mutagens they dont fit together...

Are you sure they are all lesser blue mutagen? Named(after creature) ones don't count, they are there for creating decoctions.
