Upon opening the game today, after entering a vehicle I was unable to exit by holding F. It should also be noted that the UI element for exiting the vehicle was completely gone, so I could only change the camera angle or use the radio. I tried restarting the game to no avail. Any help would be much appreciated as I am unable to progress in the game since I am stuck in my car
