During my second run through the final story mission with my LVL50 character, I am unable to return to the game world after the credits.
After the credits, it loaded my LVL37 character which happened to be my only game save in the game world. Confused, I deleted that save and loaded the most recent autosave to run through the credits again. Only this time when I skipped through the credits to select the option to return to the city, it brings me back to the title screen.
Seems the last story mission relies on the player having a game save outside of the mission to be able to bring you back. Otherwise, you're stuck in the last story mission forever.
