Unable to load any saves with DLC, even though I own it all?

Good evening,

I am having trouble playing any of my saves as the game doesn't recognise that I have the DLC downloaded? I have posted below what it is showing when I try to load up any of the saves.

Any help to why this is happening would be appreciated..

Are you sure you downloaded the dlcs? The dlcs being available in the store doesn't necessarily mean they all are installed.

Another thing I can think of is a more radical approach: uninstall everything and get rid of all remaining files (except for the save games) and reinstall the game and its dlcs + expansions.

Last step would be sending a ticket to support (the contact link can be found on the website you mentioned - click on "Contact Us").
