Unable to start a ranked match..XB1

After the patch I noticed under ranked it said new season,,i didnt get any end of season rewards or anything so I wasent sure if it was a bug or something. But I try to start a ranked match and its telling me unable to add profile to season,try again later.. What is this and anyone else having this issue?

Completely remove the game, including all saved data and install the game again. This should fix the issue.

This wont effect my collection in anyway I assume,correct?

Your collection is stored on the Gwent servers, no worries.
