Uncooking problem - meshes corrupted?

When I try to uncook the content folder, I can only do it when I add the command -skiperrors. When I don't, it stops after a while, giving me this:

When I do skip errors, It uncooks and my total uncooked folder is 31.2GB (it should be something like 48) because it skips a lot of meshes and I get this:

Well... unless skipped meshes are what you want to change, then there shouldn't be much problems. I think you don't have to uncook whole game to be able to mod it.

I mentioned this in another thread.

"I know this is a bit of a shot in the dark... but could your antivirus or firewall be blocking the program due to there not being correct signatures on the exe??"

I have the exact same problem.
I run windows 10, it could come from this maybe...
I have no firewall and my antivirus doesn't block executing program without noticing me.
