Vampire: Bloodlines.
Clive Barker's Undying.
Plansescape Torment.
Jedi Academy.
Gothic 1,2 and Risen 3.
Even though Deus EX Human Revolution was an sucess i still think it was way too underrated, the game is an master piece

That game was just amazing..
Still waiting for a sequel.. I just hope that when or if it happens, they don't turn it into a fast paced crap like the games we nowadays have.

I can't say it was the best game I have ever played or that I am waiting for a sequel (I would rather a reboot), but it was a nice game at the time and it was quite under appreciated..

I wouldn't necessarily call PST underrated. (In certain circles it is considered massively overrated; though I don't think that.)

As for the games I think are at least somewhat underrated (which doesn't obviously mean they are inherently spectacular):
