This quest will not complete. The quest is still in the quest tab and cannot be tracked. Rogue never called to start the quest as well, she just texted me to details, and she never called when i completed it. But I'm pretty sure the game registered it as a completion, yet its still in the quest tab, and I cannot get the "The Jungle" achievement now.
I have the same problem. Rogue doesn't call me back to finish the task.
I also launched a new game. I've completed all the main story missions. I completed all short time jobs and NCPD jobs in Santo Domingo. The task does not start this time either. I go to the place of duty, but Rogue does not call me and give the task.
