During the new quest Lillies and Vipers, what's the name of the song that start at 6:10?

Hmm... I do recognise it from one of the teaser trailer for X360.

If you also have the GOG version of the game, the soundtrack you can download from there contains dubble as much tracks than the 'normal' soundtrack. You might want to check those out.
