If you look around the game carefully, you'll find a LOT of hints about things that might be upcoming...
Somewhere along the channel that runs through Night City there's at least one definite door opening into the sewers (I think it was relatively close to where the container ship is docked) but like a lot of doors in the game, it's locked for now, because they probably haven't finished the sewers yet... Listen to the newscasts, and there's also a reference to the sewers being gassed to clear out the homeless, so I think there's definitely more adventures coming for CHUDs and cellar-dwellers...
As the game stands now, we play almost exclusively "out of doors"... We currently have only a handful of special buildings that we can actually go into, but a ton of locked doors all over the place. I look at that just like the absentee sewers.... they haven't finished it yet. Given time, we'll probably have a lot more content inside of random buildings and mega-buildings, plus basement access to sewers as well. (As an interesting aside, a mega-building is THE perfect framework for housing quests added via mods... if you do a little sleight of hand with the elevator and floor/room numbers, even a single mega-building could house an infinite number of quests without ever having a "conflict" — ie. two user-made quests trying to occur in the same appartment... because you can dynamically change the floor and room numbers.)
Anyways, there are easily half-a-dozen set-pieces that have been talked about in a really in-your-face way, but have yet to be used... for example, on the monitors around the city Ziggy has a contest that lets you win a trip to an Orbital casino... If that's not a set-up for a self-contained DLC akin to "Old World Blues", then I don't know what is. And I fully expect that the airCraft carrier is going to turn all of Night City into a mechanized war-zone at some point... most likely for the grand finale of the DLCs. The most exciting possibility right ATM though is the ending to the original quest we got at launch...

Alt promises Johnny that she's going to help save V, who's just a mind without a body at that point. What's a godlike virtual intelligence to do? It's not like we're going to play as a completely new character for the rest of the game, so if I was writing for the upcoming DLC, the very next one would be the story of Alt... and how she keeps her promise by putting your mind into a new body. She could either take over a cloning facility and grow you a new set of heels (at which point the rest of the DLC would be you trying to escape the horror that the facility really is and return to the normal game-world), or she could simply plant you into some other random body which you could then plastic-surgery back to your old self by running favours for RipperDocs in exchange for unethical alterations... (ie. you ARE trying to look exactly like someone who's still alive after all, even if they were you... and there are probably laws against that...!)
