Update on NPC popping

Hey everyone!

I'm writing to let you know that I have been in contact with support this morning, inquiring about whether the NPC pop-ins are being looked into, and attached about 20 links to forum topics where people complain about the issue. I received an answer, claiming that they are currently looking into how to address the problem, so it is being investigated. They also thanked me for the forum links.

They also asked me to let them know if we find anything that helps with the problem, so if anyone finds an ini tweak, or whatever that seems to get rid of it, let's summarize it in this thread :

Great! Finaly some feedback from devs. Hope theyll also respond me about shadow system problems. Lobasdo, how do you contact them? Through what form or email?

I contacted them through the support form you can fill on their website, and I received an answer within an hour or so. They have always taken the time to answer quickly, the problem is, I even sent them a 300Mb video of the popping before, and they said they were unable to reproduce it. It seems however, that the increased number of reports is finally starting to take effect, and action is being taken, for which I'm grateful. They do know how the issue presents itself, as previously, I was in touch with the same guy from support, and I sent them a list I compiled on where NPCs pop, how, and what can be done to prevent it. Let's hope it will be addressed in one of the patches

Hmm..perhaps they don't answer immediately if you ask about something they don't have sufficient information on, I'm not sure. They will answer though, eventually
