Upload W3 Save file to steam fails

So, I've been trying to upload my Witcher 3 save file from the switch to steam cloud and i keep getting the error message" uploading save file failed. I have tried using 4 different networks to see if it was a network issue and still run into the same problem. Was wondering if anybody has the same problem and if they have any solutions for it.
