various problems with radio/radioport/background music

-car damage causes engine sound missing, it also changes tone sound of music in radio
-volume of radio in car changes without reason during driving
-in some locations the radioport stops playing
-radioport stops working by itself after leaving vehicle and it enables without permission
-background music/quest music plays at the same time with radio/radioport
