Vernon roach bug. Can't talk to him

I can't talk to Vernon. Nothing happens when i approach the camp. He just stands there by the fire. Can't continue the story. Please dis is a main quest bug as you know. I'm play on ps4. Version 1.7

Its happening to me aswell i cant go any further in the campaign
