Very weak performance in certain areas after 1.10

Heavy stuttering and fps drops. Game is also very dark. I have tried fixing this with multiple ways (gamma,windowed/full screen, editing files, tuning graphics down, tweaking nvidia control panel, opened the game from steam and gog, tried xbox 360 controller, hardware cursor on and off), but nothing seems to fix this.

Have you tried:
- verifying the game files
- removing d3d11.dll from .exe folder?

Yes, I have tried both and many other options ^^. Its only in certain areas.

Have you tried tweaking the memory pool in ini?

Try to delete d3d11.dll in C:\GOG Games\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\bin\x64Make a copy of the file if this doesn't work

Tried all above, nothing works. Game is playable tho. Novigrad is just very heavy during night times, so I just meditate to day before novigrad quests. My computer can handle my settings very well. Its just the patch made the performance worse unfortunately.

Waiting for hotfix or official fix.
