For those who are experiencing low draw distance or pop in, can you link a video of your problem in this thread? Two other users and I have already posted videos, but the more people that do, the better. It's very easy to take a video using the PS4 share feature. Make sure to trim it to 2 mins or less. Hello,

I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused by this situation. We are aware of this issue and our development team is investigating how to address it.

For now only changing the 4k resolution to something less can help.

Ay, the REDs are aware of it. And, as you recommend above, anyone else encountering the issue should also submit a ticket, for their records.

They are aware of the issue. No time frame yet of a fix.
