Signs, not as far as I know.
Potions and decoctions, food and drink, and the enhancements from armour tables and grindstones: These by default show in the 'buff icon' which displays in combat. It is possible to suppress or change these using mods, but in the base game this information is always shown.
Sword Oils are not shown by default, but again there is a mod which changes this (displays the remaining strikes count as a "timer" in a similar manner to the potion, because that is already coded and easier to reuse).
